Quite a difference from last weeks temperatures of 9 degrees but more rain just means more added humidity in the air. I have built a small kiln a couple of years ago but because of the dry weather in the Okanagan I have not had a chance to fire it up mostly because I'm only around for the summer. I think that dry areas like these are not really suitable for wood firing kilns.
